2010 season brought  exceptional catch rates for larger king salmon compared to past years and good numbers of coho salmon along with our usually good Lake Trout fishery. With any luck we will continue to have good numbers of salmon mixed in with our excellent lake trout fishery.  Unlike other Great Lakes, the Western End of Lake Superior produces lake trout that are excellent table fare.  Mix in the salmon fishery and we have a sportfishing paradise!
